About

Always Broke So you want to know a little about Always Broke?

Let’s get on with it! You’re here because you’re curious about me, my bike, or something along those lines. Perhaps you’re a law enforcement office trying to figure out who I am so you can knock on my door. Either way, here it goes!

Currently I’m living in Oregon. For those that don’t know, Oregon is a state in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. For about 5 months out of the year the riding here is EPIC. But for the rest of the time it SUCKS.

I didn’t grow up around motorcycles. It wasn’t until I turned 18 (the legal adult age) that I got my first bike. I was told I couldn’t have a motorcycle or any tattoos until I was 18. Guess what I did when hit the ripe old age of 18? Yuuuup! Tattoos and bikes.

I started out riding a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 500R that I bought brand new off the showroom floor. The salesman had to ride it up to my house because I didn’t have a clue how to ride. I spent that summer terrorizing my town and I was hooked.

After that I saved up some cash money and picked up a 1998 Kawasaki KX250. It was all downhill from there. Most days I rode my Ninja to work and then after work I hauled my KX250 out to the dirt. I had the time of my life for the next couple years.

It wasn’t until a few years later that I craved different scenery and my buddy talked me into a Harley. I picked myself up a 2006 Super Glide and preceded to mod the hell out of it including non-street legal drag pipes. Those things got me in more trouble than anything else.

Some hard times hit and I had to sell A LOT of things including all my bikes and my car. I was left with no bikes and an old truck. Fast forward a handful of years and I’m back on my feet and back in the saddle.

Currently I’ve got myself a 1994 Suzuki DR650 that is quite the workhorse. I’m rocking some Dunlop 606 tires which isn’t great for street but holy shit, they rock off road. I’ll more than likely be on that for this summer and maybe the next. I have a few plans for it but nothing crazy. The next bike will be a super motard of some kind since I miss playing around on the street.

That’s me in a nutshell. Feel free to shoot me a message or hit me on any of the social media outlets!
